We are in the beginning stages of opening routes in North County. This is your opportunity to grow with our growing business. If you are interested in pets and marketing, this is an amazing opportunity. We are currently hiring in Chula Vista/Bonita/Imperial Beach. Schedule: Staff must be available at least four days per week for any of the following shifts 7:30am - 10am 9am - 3pm 5pm - 8:30pm Sales Responsibilities: Identify and visit groomers, pet stores, vets, dog parks, coffee shops, breweries, small businesses, and apartment leasing offices to distribute donuts and flyers. Introduce yourself and our company briefly. Request permission to leave flyers and explore potential referrals and future collaboration opportunities. Strengthen relationships by following businesses on Instagram and Facebook, engaging with their content, and posting stories about donut drops for increased visibility and collaboration potential. Monitor connections and partnerships' progress using a spreadsheet. Follow up on previous connections made, ensuring ongoing collaboration efforts. Expand outreach on Instagram by following strategic accounts daily and engaging with them. Identify pet influencers in San Diego. Craft tailored direct messages, including brief introductions or partnership inquiries. Promote our services by distributing treats and cards at dog parks, engaging with potential clients. Pet Sitter Responsibilities: Provide compassionate and reliable care for pets, including feeding, exercising, and administering medications as needed. Daily dog walks in 15-minute to 60-minute increments. Maintain cleanliness in pet areas, including litter boxes, pee pads, cages, and backyard poop pickup. Monitor pets for signs of illness, distress, or unusual behavior, and report any concerns to pet owners. Communicate regularly with pet owners to provide updates on their pets' well-being by sending photos, videos, and notes in our dedicated mobile app. Drive up to 30 miles a day from house to house. Compensation: $16.85 / hour (the position starts at $16.85; many staff members earn $17-$18 per hour after tips)Every position starts at $16.85 an hour, with tips and tax-free gas reimbursement; we pay for travel time, paid sick leave, and flexible days off. A 15-hour work week can gross $410-$500 when factoring in hourly pay, tips, bonuses, and gas reimbursement. $700 - $2000 / monthly 100% Client Gratuity Mileage Reimbursement $16.85 split shift bonus (when you work a morning and evening shift) Paid Sick Leave Flexible Time Off Holiday bonuses are on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
