About the Role The Sales Development Representative (SDR) reports to the Senior Vice-President of Sales and is responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the sales process. Key responsibilities Prospect for and qualify new leads Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers Schedule appointments for the sales team Research and identify customer needs Create and deliver compelling sales presentations Follow up with leads and track progress Generate reports on sales activities and results About the Candidate You are a growing sales professional with practical experience in identifying and maintaining communication with prospective client leads, ensuring excellence in proactive relationship-building. You have experience with creating key business relationships while building credibility quickly and are nimble in your sales strategy execution. You are methodical in your process creation but flexible enough to think and move on the fly. You recognize the impact that sales has on the bottom line and take that responsibility seriously. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, preferred Core Competencies Action Oriented- Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm Manages Ambiguity- Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear Collaborates- Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives More about our team We are a creative company with a deep and equal passion for strategy, technology, and design.
