You’ll work on prospecting and persuading qualified leads further down the sales funnel. We provide training and offer additional resources while you work as a Loan Officer Trainee working towards your NMLS license and becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer. No mortgage experience is necessary- training is provided! LAL Benefits: • Company provided leads• 401(k)• Dental, Vision, and Health Insurance• Referral program• NMLS training and resources (costs covered) Hours: Monday - Thursday - 9:30-6:00Friday - 9:30-5:00 Responsibilities:• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new business leads• Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening• Maintain a thorough understanding of the market and industry trends to effectively position products/services Qualifications:• 1+ year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting• Previous mortgage exp. is a plus, but not required• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written• MUST be comfortable on the phones - high call volume• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - six-figure mindset• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Compensation: $15 hourly About Company: We are a group of mortgage experts who specialize in making the home loan experience a memorable one for our valued clients!
