If you have a passion for maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a strong background in food manufacturing, we want to hear from you!Apply Direct:--https://www.paycomonline.net/v4/ats/web.php/jobs/ViewJobDetails?job=88425&clientkey=00886DE5BDB9FB0E7EF4068FD7B62779Primary Responsibilities:The duties for this position include but are not limited to the following:--Manages all contracts for support services related to the building and grounds, routinely soliciting competitive bids.Oversees the physical structure of the facility to include HVAC systems, water, roof, fire protection, elevator, mechanical and electrical systems, as well as utilities and grounds to ensure safe operations.------Performs required building related preventative maintenance service and any required annual certifications on building systems.Performs light repairs to the building or building systems. Generates work orders to the maintenance department for larger repairs.Oversees and manages the janitorial staff to ensure the facility and grounds are maintained to industry standards.Maintains the fleet of forklifts and the company trucks.--Supports the maintenance department when needed.Works closely with QC to ensure the facility conforms to regulatory standards, including FDA, OSHA, GMPs, HAACPs and SQF.Qualifications:To be eligible for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:High school diplomaMinimum of five years of experience in facilities managementStrong organizational skills with proven ability to develop and execute processes and procedures to support organizational goalsAbility to lead, motivate and direct employees to get resultsPrior management in a food processing plant preferred--Join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of Tulkoff Food Products!
