QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, supply chain, or related field (a combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree) A minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in a related field Requires at least 3 years of prior experience in sourcing related role. Proven track record of delivering results through process development and governance oversight Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Core functional/technical skills required include: Business partnership & consulting; contracting; multi-tasking and prioritization; negotiation and influence; relationship management; system thinking; technical communication/presentation Additional functional/technical skills required include: data analysis; sourcing skills, category knowledge; WWT knowledge; job specific software Basic understanding of technical subject matter inherent in hardware, software, and services categories This position is required to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on doing whatever it takes to get the job done and deliver customer delight The nature of the role requires an ability to deliver high quality, through and accurate work on deadlines through successful navigation of shifting customer requirements and competing organizational demands Visit our company web page at www.wwt.com for more information.
