Job Summary: This role is primarily responsible for managing and launching all customer projects. In addition to maintaining bill of material and revision changes throughout the life of the project. Required Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering Good verbal and written communication skills Good organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills Good understanding in Pro-E, Auto CAD and Solidworks software 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent Strong project management background Critical Success Factors: Good understanding of flat development methods, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance, Metrology, and Statistical Process Control fundamentals Project Management skills Experience in an industrial metal fabrication and assembly environment Excellent attendance Desire to learn the business, understand the production process by walking the floor and participating in production meetings Ability to work independently without supervision and with minimum direction Ability to work in a team.
