Up to $2,500 hiring incentive available! Mercy Primary Care Clinic is seeking a full-time (40 hours a week) Registered Nurse or Licensed Practice Nurse to join our team. Clinic Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 for continuing education Health/Dental/Vision available after day one Annual contribution of $100 per month to eligible co-workers enrolled in the Dependent Care FSA Paid parental leave for new parents 401k with employer match Paid PTO for volunteering Competitive salary Future career growth! HYBRID REMOTE ELIGIBILITY: Must live in Joplin, Missouri or surrounding areas. Must complete 12-weeks of on-site training prior to transitioning to hybrid work from home. Must also be available to come on-site for monthly clinic meetings and 1-2 times per week. Position Overview: Responsible for providing professional nursing care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians/nurse practitioner and the Clinic Manager. LPN Qualifications: Education: Diploma in Practical Nursing Licensure: Active LPN license Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred RN Qualifications: Education: Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing, Graduation from registered nursing program, Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN), OR 4 years of commensurate experience in lieu of the bachelor's degree Licensure: Active RN license Experience: 2-3 years of experience preferred **If you are selected for an interview, you will receive an email invitation (from a Modern Hire email address) to self-schedule.
