We are looking for a competitive, sales-driven, and highly motivated field sales representative to join our team. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. The ideal candidate knows how to get the sale, leaning into their strong communication and interpersonal skills to convert potential customers into new clients. We offer a robust commission plan. Responsibilities: • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services• Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry• Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events• Conduct neighborhood canvassing and engage homeowners in face-to-face discussions about the benefits of solar energy.• Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our expert team for a complimentary solar quote.• Demonstrate self-motivation and drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred• You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience• Experience using a CRM is preferred• Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle• Possess reliable transportation for daily travel to local markets.• Prior experience in door-to-door sales is preferred but not required• Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.• Exceptional customer service abilities.
