What you'll do: * Maintain fork truck safety audits and direct warehouse safety activities. * Identify work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow. * Set up inbound and outbound loads and confer with Plant Planner and inside sales to ensure inbound and outbound loads are handled correctly and efficiently. * Work with managers inside and outside the plant to ensure coordination of warehouse activities, production, inventory management, and quality assurance. * Ensure receiving reports accurately report material received. * Monitor the unloading of all materials into the receiving department. * Ensure materials are stored properly to conserve space and comply with safety procedures. * Resolve discrepancies with accounting regarding invoices, packing slips, and receiver reports. * Maintain high standards of quality with respect to raw materials and finished product. We need you to have: * Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field preferred. * 3-5 years experience in warehousing, receiving, inventory control, or materials management in a manufacturing environment. * Two years supervisory experience.
