Responsibilities may include: * Secure payment in full / establish reasonable repayment schedules by locating and contacting debtor accounts by telephone * Call and resolve accounts on a timely basis from start to finish, including a high output of daily calls (200+) in an effort to contact debtor accounts. * Show professionalism and courtesy while working with consumers * Comply with all state and federal guidelines including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA) * Demonstrate effective telephone and negotiation techniques * Responsible for hitting / exceeding individual and team goals * Work with customers in escalated and complex situations * Develop efficient work methods to accomplish collection budget quota * Consistently exercise a high degree of initiative and independenceQualifications/Skills: * Strong attention to detail, goal oriented * Excellent Phone skills * Strong negotiation and problem solving skills * Solid grammar, computer and multi tasking skills. * Demonstrated timely and consistent job attendance history.Schedules: * 8:00am-7:00pm M-F with one day off during the week **Shift Premium** * 10:00am-9:00pm M-TH 8:00am-7:00pm FRI with one day off during the week **Shift Premium** * 9:00am-8:00pm M-TH 8:00am-7:00pm FRI with one day off during the week **Shift Premium***This class will start on Monday, June 10, 2024What We Offer: * Competitive salary & the ability to make an uncapped monthly bonus!(avg is $500 - $800 in bonus for first 6 months and $1200+ in bonus with no cap after 6 months) * Comprehensive medical, dental and vision insurance * Supplemental benefits including (but not limited to): parental leave, infertility & adoption assistance, mental health support, free physical therapy resources, etc. * Free on-site fitness area * Employee wellness clinic * Up to a 4.5% match on 401k * A career path to grow * A casual work environment * Opportunities to give back to the community by participating in civic and charity events with colleagues * Ability to work with phenomenal talent and friendly team of professionalsResurgent is an Equal Opportunity employer that is fueled by our diverse and inclusive work environment.
