You will be responsible for managing data and keeping it organized. Your main goal will be to keep data in order so that it is easily accessible at any time. Data Entry Clerk duties and responsibilities Input new information into database systemsCreate and manage spreadsheetsControl the data probity by performing a comparative analysis of different sourcesRegularly update existing database system recordsProduce reportsRetrieve data as requestedPerform regular backup and security databaseactivitiesThe document, organize and store relevant documents Data Entry Clerk requirements Previous working experience as a data entry clerk for (2) yearsFast typing skillsExcellent knowledge of word processing tools and databases2 years of experience with spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)Great attention to detailSense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's successCritical thinkerTeam playerGood time:management skillsGreat interpersonal and communication skills
