Position Summary: Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. Responsibilities: Obtain primary financial data for accounting recordsCompute and record numerical dataCheck the accuracy of business transactionsPerform data entry and administrative dutiesQualifications: Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fieldsFundamental knowledge of GAAPAbility to prioritize and multitaskStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail:oriented Principal Responsibilities: - Perform general bookkeeping duties, including posting information to accounting software and regularly reconciling accounts.- Pay debts as they come due for payment, including necessary bills as well as supplier and vendor invoices.- Obtain necessary tax forms from new vendors.- Maintain the annual budget and chart of accounts.- Make deposits and record all cash receipts. Education / Experience Requirements: - Minimum of associate's degree in business administration, accounting, or relevant field.- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping principles.- Experience with accounting software.- Data entry.- Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.- Ability to identify errors and solve problems.
