We have an exciting opportunity awaiting someone like you Job Description TheWMS Operations Analyst Iis primarily responsible for defining and performing analysis, programming, planning, implementation, and supporting of Wealth Management Services' applications and processes which require moderate technical and systems knowledge. The analyst is a resource for process improvement, system functionality and integration with considerable focus on controlling the significant financial risk associated with trading, securities processing and cash movement while maintaining the highest possible level of service standards.This position works closely with account officers within Wealth Management and Operations and Technology, Risk, Compliance and Audit departments, external depository's, vendors and brokers to ensure that client accounts are reflected accurately for performance and reporting requirements. How Youll Spend Your Time: You will develop an in:depth understanding of the information needs of business partners within Wealth Management through interviews with users, observation of day:to:day operations, and review of procedures and system documentation.: You will make recommendations for system/report enhancements and improved automation.: You will work closely with lines of business, including management, to identify, analyze, and implement core business processes and workflows to ensure appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risk.: You will work closely with project managers and stakeholders, IT business analysts, end:users to understand and prioritize business goals and information needs.: You will participate in the process of developing system requirements and design specifications and attend regular project meetings. You will be responsible for providing feedback to the line of business related to impacts and best practices.: You will perform activities to keep project status and planning activities current and communicate status and issues with the Wealth Management Support management team and subject matter experts. Education and Experience Requirements This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science and 1:4 of directly related systems administration experience in a high volume operations environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
