We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to support our global Customer Development (Sales) organization. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, deploying, and managing Customer Development domain's data architecture. You will define how the data will be modeled, stored, consumed, integrated, and managed by different data entities and IT systems, as well as any applications using or processing that data. What you will do: dirltr::Collaborate with IT, data governance teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the companys data strategy and global business requirements:Design and implement robust data storage and retrieval solutions, utilizing tools such as Erwin or ER Studio, to meet organizational needs:Manage the integration and ingestion of external data sources, ensuring seamless data flow across various business applications and domains:Evaluate and refine database structures by analyzing current data, operational platforms, and applications to optimize performance and scalability:Ensure database implementation practices adhere to both internal policies and external regulations, and provide detailed reports on database design and architecture to senior management:Lead data migration projects from legacy systems to modern solutions, while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance data processes and systems, and providing comprehensive training to team members What you will need (Required) :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field:Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role:In:depth understanding of database structure principles:Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements:Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques:Proficiency/expertise in the following technologies :SQL and Python:Database management systems (e.g., Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB:Cloud services like Google Cloud Platform, Snowflake and SAP:Data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, D3.js, and R).:Excellent organizational and analytical abilities, problem:solving skills, and good written and verbal communication What you will need (Preferred) :Master's degree in IT Systems or a related field:Certifications such as Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or TOGAF:Business Domain knowledge of Customer Development data (e.g. Pricing, Sell:in, Sell:out, Promotion) Compensation and BenefitsSalary Range , : , USD Pay is based on multiple non:discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job:related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location.
