The team analyzes data, identifies trends, and provides strategic recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction, optimize processes, and drive informed decision:making. The teams mission is to enable exceptional customer experiences through data:driven excellence. As a Data Engineer on this growing team, your role is to be an expert at understanding SRPs data and then use it to create meaningful models and solutions. You will create and support data models, data flows, virtual models, and algorithms, to solve interesting business problems for data analysts, data scientists, and business users. The successful candidate will be a sharp coder that can identify patterns in complex data, enjoys making information more accessible and easier to use for analytics, likes to think of clever ways to solve tricky data problems, and loves working with people. In this role, you will work alongside other Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics Developers, Business Analysts, and Application Developers. What Youll Do - Turn business requirements into technical requirements, data designs, models, and solutions.- Find and understand the correct data sources for a given analysis.- Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture.- Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non:functional business requirements.- Build the data pipelines required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using modern techniques, platforms, and tools.- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re:designing dataflows for greater scalability, etc.- Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer experience, operational efficiency, and other key business perfo
