Job DescriptionJob Description Architect -Luxury Retail Two One Two is a nationally recognized, award-winning, Operational Architectural Design firm headquartered in New York City. Qualifications: Minimum 3 -5 years of CD experience in National Luxury Retail Bachelor's degree in Design or Architecture Proficient in ACAD, Revit, Sketch-Up and rendering software Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes Strong knowledge of the design and architectural process A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment Strong organization, communication and relationship management skills Responsibilities Due Diligence, site surveys, feasibility studies Complete set of comprehensive construction documents including MEP and owner vendor coordination, code compliance, quality control, etc. Manage and provide oversight to all third party professionals and material suppliers in in execution of retail projects. Coordination of permit filing and obtaining permits as needed. Reviewing and respond to RFI's and shop drawings as required Attend construction field meetings as required. Preparation of administrative documents including survey reports, meeting minutes, scope of work description and punch lists.
