BAM'S Landscaping is looking to hire a Landscape Maintenance Team Leader I. Work a minimum of 90 days and receive a signing bonus of $300! We have 2 Open positions. Some of our team members have been with us for a very long time. We take Fridays off! Monday-Thursday 10hr day’s in-season schedules (unless rain). We will train you. We want you to be successful and make more money. It’s NOT a dead-end job! There are a lot of opportunities to move up if you learn new skills, provide great quality and work hard. We have grown every year since setting up shop. Commissions are available to all positions in the company! Job Requirements: You must have a valid MD driver’s license and a good driving record (No D.U.I). You MUST have some experience to get hired. You will have to demonstrate your ability before we hire you. We work Monday – Thursday. If it rains during the week you must be able to work on Friday and/or Saturday.
