Description:

Engage in accounting, audit, and tax projects for corporations with multinational operations. Apply principles of U.S. generally accepted accounting standards (US-GAAP) and international accounting standards (IAS) to prepare corporate tax returns, partnership returns, and individual tax returns under applicable tax treaties and totalization agreements. Engage in strategic corporate tax planning and corporate structure planning for start-ups and existing corporations in the U.S. Engage in corporate tax reporting, the preparation of financial statements and cost accounting systems, financial due diligence supporting mergers and acquisitions, and individual tax planning (estate and income). Must have Masters degree in Accounting or related field. Must have completed post-secondary coursework in International Taxation.
