Cost Analyst 200 S Wilcox Dr, Kingsport, TN 37660, USA Req #41 Thursday, May 23, 2024 Primary Responsibility: Works under the direction of the Project Controls Manager and competently performs all aspects of cost analysis, scope control tracking and reporting, labor performance and productivity. Must possess the ability to manage multiple projects and work closely with construction team and client representatives. Position Requirements: * Provide support and guidance for site Project Controls personnel. * Support the set-up cost and tracking (weekly reporting) of construction activities and Projects utilizing client platform. * Provide financial management support that includes creation of work breakdown structures (WBS), including budgets, WBS development, reviewing timesheets, earned value analysis, and monitoring/forecasting cost. * Support scheduling efforts as requested. * Perform the development of Project Status Reports, Cost Reports, and financial reports * Support project close-out. Experience Required: * Effective verbal and written communication skills. * Exceptional organizational skills * Must possess the ability to multi-task and knowledge of general project controls functions * Good computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and SAP. * Ability to plan, organize, budget, and monitor progress. * College degree or minimum five years related experience in a construction environment * Three plus years' experience in related project controls assignments * Computer proficiency certifications a plus or equivalent education Other details * Pay Type Hourly * Min Hiring Rate $35.00 * Max Hiring Rate $35.00
