Responsibilities: • Perform regular bookkeeping duties: make sure hotel guest information is current and correct • Welcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card information• Work with the housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests• Field customer complaints when necessary• Take incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalent• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems• At least one year of hospitality industry experience as a hotel front desk agent or similar position preferred• Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Compensation: $18 hourly About Company: Our 42 rooms are inspired by the dynamic artist culture and tradition of Saratoga.
