Job Title: Agile Coach Type: W2 (Strictly No C2C and no sponsorship available)Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)Duration: 6 Months Contract to hireHybrid Model: 3 Days onsite 2 days remoteRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills* Expert in agile and lean practices and approaches* Scrum Master and Team Coaching certifications: PSM 2/3, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICE-AC.* Solid understanding of de-scaling and scaling approaches for agility, such as Team Topologies, Nexus, LeSS, Scrum of Scrums, Scrum at Scale, SAFe.* Ability to collaborate and influence people at various levels.* Deep understanding of the core skills of facilitating, coaching, mentoring, training and leading in an agile lean context.* Several years of software development experience such as leadership, engineering, or testing.* Several years of Scrum Master and agile team coaching experience.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills* Tools: Jira, Jira Align, Lucidspark, Confluence; or similar.* Financial Services or regulatory industry experience.About BCforward: BCforward began as an IT business solutions and staffing firm.
