Responsibilities Operates power tools and lifts heavy items (over 50 pounds) Perform manual labor such as demolition, carpentry, painting, cleaning, material delivery. Maintains a healthy and safe work environment for your team and clients. Qualifications Must be able to take initiative and unafraid to ask questions. Ability to work in the greater Austin, TX area. Must be reliable and punctual. This includes having reliable transportation and consistent work attendance. Must successfully complete a criminal background check. High School Diploma or GED. Valid Driver’s License. Follow instructions. Workers must provide their own safety footwear. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally with co-workers. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to work with little supervision while staying productive and maintaining strong ethical standards. Job Type: Temp-to-hirePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourBenefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
