We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Close buyer sales• Set appointments• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills• Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred• Show a track record of real estate success• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams - Los Feliz is one of the most collaborative and culturally rich offices in LA.
