Responsibilities: • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently• A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base• Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business• Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met• Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on• Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments• Close sales• Database and CRM Mastery• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills• Passionate about selling• Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly• Great phone presence with a closer mentality• Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities• A real estate license is required• Good communication• Commission opportunity• Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
