Our Partner is seeking a dynamic Government Business Development Capture Manager to drive strategic planning initiatives, business development efforts, and market research in collaboration with the Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate will lead a cross-functional team, working closely with Project Managers and subject matter experts to enhance our market presence and service offerings.Key Responsibilities:- Develop responses to government solicitations (Sources Sought, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs).- Identify opportunities through resources like eBuy, GovTribe, and SAM.- Conduct opportunity analysis and maintain accurate company profiles.- Present business development pipeline updates to Executive Leadership.- Foster collaboration through brainstorming sessions.- Incorporate project management and Lean Six Sigma principles.- Gather data for strategic planning and proposal support.- Manage all aspects of proposal development ensuring compliance and quality.- Demonstrate a track record of winning high-value contracts.Requirements:- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Business, or related field.- Minimum 5 years experience in Business Development or related roles.- Proven success in winning high-value federal contracts.- Strong knowledge of GSA Schedules, FAR, and DFARs.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.- Exceptional customer service skills.- Strong attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:- Familiarity with Shipley-like processes.- Strategic thinking skills.- Authorization to work in the United States.- Occasional travel may be required.Benefits:- Paid time off- Retirement / 401k- Health, Dental, and Vision insurance- Professional Development opportunities- Flexible work scheduleIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply.
