They are one of the most respected Mechanical Contractors in the New England area.DescriptionBIM Coordinator - Mechanical Contractor - Boston MA Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating resources to ensure timely completion within budget constraints. Design Coordination: Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to develop HVAC system designs that meet project requirements and regulatory standards. Code Compliance: Ensuring HVAC designs adhere to local building codes, energy efficiency standards, and industry regulations, obtaining necessary permits and approvals as required. Documentation Management: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of HVAC design-related activities, including design calculations, technical specifications, and correspondence.ProfileBIM Coordinator - Mechanical Contractor - Boston MA Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in HVAC design, installation, maintenance, or project coordination Experience in mechanical contracting or construction management are preferred. HVAC Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, components, and installation practices is essential. Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and regulations (such as ASHRAE, NFPA, and local building codes) is also important.
