As a locally-owned franchise serving Uptown to Gastonia and its surrounding areas, we are looking for friendly, dependable, and honest individuals to provide professional care for dogs, cats, and other pets when their owners can't be home with them. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Dog walking (or running)PlaytimePet sittingCat careWaste cleanupAdministering medicationsHouse sitting dutiesRequirements: Dependability is keyGenuine love for pets and prior experience in pet careMinimum age requirement of 21Reside within our service areasReliable transportationCell phone with texting, email, and GPS capabilitiesSuccessful completion of a criminal background check*For dog walking applicants: Monday thru Friday midday availability is required, and comfort with handling dogs of all sizes and breeds in various weather conditions. This is a part-time position that will start with a slow workload, potentially beginning with just one assignment, and will increase as we gain new clients.
