Adelphi is seeking to recruit an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full time role at a school in New Jersey. The candidate should have experience providing OT services for public school students.Job Quick Facts: Ref#:BD-587-01 Profession: Allied Health Specialty: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Somerset, NJ Job Type: Contract Faclity Type: School Start Date: July 1, 2024 Schedule: 7 hours per day, Monday through Friday Rate: $ 65/hrRequirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution. New Jersey Board of Occupational Therapy License. National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. NJ DOE Certification.Responsibilities: Provide in-person OT assessment, direct OT services, and OT consultation for students. Maintain accurate records and appropriate documentation which must be immediately made available upon request Provide quarterly progress reports, which must be tied to each students IEP/ISP goals and objectives. Provide evaluation services on an as needed basis. Maintain accurate records and appropriate documentation which must be immediately made available upon request. Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings as necessary
