Pay: $19 per hour Hours: 7am - 4pm, Monday - Friday Customer Service Representative j ob tasks: Manage daily orders placed by branches for products supplied by the ADC. Build truckload shipments on scheduled delivery days and communicate with the Transportation Department on any special deliveries for freight quotes. Review each transfer order for material status/availability, manage backorders, and assist branch staff with questions regarding their orders. Communicate with branch staff regarding any problems/concerns/changes with their orders. Create pick tickets and distributions to ADC warehouse shipping supervisors and assist branch staff with any changes to their orders. Schedules LTL carriers and processes LTL Bills of Ladings, invoices, and files all completed pick tickets and invoices. Work with branch and ADC staff on shipments/invoice errors and corrections. Fill in for CSR while they are out and assist the branches of the CSR that are out. Qualifications: College degree or high school diploma with three years of customer service experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and strong computer skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Possesses problem-solving skills to adapt to an ever-changing environment. Must possess strong leadership skills and have excellent attendance at current or previous employment. Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus. The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
