Responsibilities:• Coach and teach contracts• Teach database and COI marketing• Command training• Utilize proven smart plans and drip campaigns with coaching clients• Coaching appointments• Weekly accountability with agents• Help negotiate contracts• Actively sells• Sales scripts mastery Qualifications:• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job• Real estate sales experience• 10+ completed transactions searchable in the MLS• Team player• Coachable and trainable• Commission opportunity• Good communication• Attend ongoing KW training and events Compensation: $80,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams was built on a simple yet revolutionary principle: People are what matter most.
