Job Category: Manufacturing/Operations Job Family: Plant Production Work Shift: A M-F (United States of America) Job Description: We are looking for a Production Laborers to join our team! At West Bend, we specialize in cream cheese - that meet our customers' needs and appeal to consumer tastes worldwide. Rate of Pay: $19.98 per hour ($18.44 plus $1.50 per hour certification pay) with earning potential up to $50,000 per year. Additional $0.50 per hour for working second shift hours. Additional $1.00 per hour for working third shift hours. $2,000 sign on bonus paid out over 12 months based on good employment standing for third shift full time. Shift/Schedule: 1st Shift (6:15am to 2:15pm) 2nd Shift (2:15pm to 10:15pm) 3rd Shift (10:15pm to 6:15am) Overtime is expected and weekend work is common. Overtime is paid on 8+ hours in a day, time and half paid on Saturdays and double time paid on Sundays. Work week also includes a guaranteed 40 hours. Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment, and meet OSHA safety requirementsAble to identify and understand customer requirementsTeamwork and compliance with plant policies and proceduresAttendance is an essential function and as well on time to work.
