As a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd and 3rd shifts, you will play a crucial role in leading our maintenance team and overseeing the operations in the Powerhouse and Maintenance Trades areas.The Work:* Direct hourly reports in the Powerhouse and Maintenance Trades areas, providing guidance and support as needed.* Oversee the execution of preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.* Coordinate emergency response efforts and ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues.* Communicate effectively with 1st and 2nd shift management and supervision to address any maintenance-related concerns.* Manage timekeeping for hourly reports and handle administrative tasks related to scheduling and documentation.* Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.Who We Are: We prioritize safety, teamwork, and innovation in everything we do. Basic Qualifications: 3+ supervisory/management experience 3+ years experience working with industrial boilers3+ years experience working with Cogen equipment/systems3+ years experience working with HVAC equipment/systems3+ years experience working with industrial air compressorsMust be able to flex between 2nd and 3rd shift. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
