Assistant Food and Beverage Manager : Hotel Compensation: 30k:35k USD : paid in pasos + Bonus + Benefits + Relocations Assistance + Permit Location: Mexico City Set in the heart of Mexico City, my client is an esteemed hotel offering luxury and sophistication. If you are a seasoned F and B pro with a knack for leadership, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and to make your mark in one of the citys most dynamic culinary landscapes. Responsibilities: * Assist the F and B Manage to oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the F and B team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to standards* Lead and mentor the F and B team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction* Assist in training and development initiatives for F and B staff, providing guidance and support as needed* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and hotel policies, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff Key Requirements: * Proven experience in a supervisory or management F and B role in a luxury hotel* Bilingual; Spanish and English : native or conversational* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, cost control, and inventory management* Proactive and detail:oriented, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences If youre interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to Danny today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for the service sector.
