Senior Quality Engineer

Salary : $80000 - $90000 Senior Quality Engineer Our client is an aerospace manufacturing company with a great reputation and excellent benefits located in Western Suffolk. They are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join their team. Responsibilities: Develop process qualification test plans/procedures, coordinating directly with customers working towards approval. Develop and approve First Article Inspection reports IAW AS9102 using Discus and Net-Inspect, working with source inspectors Develop PPAP and APQP documents as required and support Director of Quality as needs arise. Support and perform internal audits and work independently. Job Requirements: Qualifications: 3-6+ years of experience Possess excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills Thoroughly familiar with AS9100 requirements. Some knowledge of Sikorsky Aircraft, Bombardier Aerospace, Airbus, Boeing, DCMA programs and requirements is a plus. Only local candidates will be considered.
