The Fitness / Wellness Professional’s role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment. Fitness / Wellness Professional role requires a background in or working knowledge of anatomy and physiology. This is a very important requirement employment consideration. Part of the duties required of a Fitness / Wellness Professional is to maintain and contribute to the culture of Stretch Zone. We at Stretch Zone work as a team. All team members are expected contribute to the overall success of each location by providing the very best service and atmosphere for all our clients, which is the foundation of the Stretch Zone culture. Salary: $20 - $25 per hour Fitness / Wellness Professional is typically offered as a part time job. Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: Fitness Professional, Stretch Practitioner, Personal Trainer / Coaching, Fitness Coach, Health, Wellness, Training, physical therapy, PT, Healthcare, Fitness, Athletic, Exercise, Sports, sports medicine, Stretch Zone, Orangetheory, Planet Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Equinox, Crunch Fitness, Golds Gym, Life Fitness Requirements/Responsibilities Fitness / Wellness Professional Requirements Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Must be able to manage time effectively* Must be/become proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes and procedures* Must be able to effectively service and maintain client base On the Job Training Compensation: You are required to complete a one-week training period where you will be taught the Stretch Zone methodology and conducting practice stretches. Candidates will be paid for the training period. Fitness / Wellness Professional is typically offered as a part time job.
