Assures the direction, planning, and evaluation of service delivery, outcomes, and operations in Mental and Behavioral Health, Integrated Care, aligned with the desired outcomes of the System strategic plan. Establishes key partnerships with administrative colleagues across the System to ensure an integrated delivery of services. Master's degree in Business Management, Health Care Administration, Social Work or related graduate degree required. Five years of leadership experience preferably in Mental & Behavioral Health-related positions, in pediatric health care and community based settings. Demonstrated experience and expertise in the areas of large, complex systems of care, operations and partnerships. Communication skills to inspire program growth and outcomes.
