Summary The Mail Printing Operator/ Insert Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining digital printing equipment to produce high-quality transactional mail pieces and or inserter equipment. This role involves managing the entire printing process, from receiving print files to final product inspection, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards. Your role in our mission Working with Microsoft Office programs including Excel Verifying and reviewing data Keying data from claims form/attachments, to process documents within a data capture solution. Accurately capture data Accepts instruction and direction from leadership Complies with contract requirements, business unit rules and related and legal regulations A strong attention to detail What we're looking for Operate high-speed printers and mail inserting machines. Maintain high levels of quality and productivity. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery. Monitor production processes to ensure output meets quality standards. Adjust machine settings to achieve desired quality and output. Conduct quality checks on printed and inserted materials to ensure compliance with client requirements and company standards. What you should expect in this role This position is based in an on-site office environment in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation. The pay range for this position is $26,500 - $37,800 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
