The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload under partner oversight, handling various legal tasks such as drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, conducting legal research, attending hearings and court conferences, defending depositions, attending inspections, consulting with expert witnesses, participating in mediations, and preparing for and conducting trials. The candidate must possess superior written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, be familiar with the NJ NY Civil Court Rules, and be a self-starter.
