The Appliance Technician is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of home appliances. This includes diagnosing problems, repairing or replacing parts, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of appliance repair and maintenance, as well as excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair appliance problems Replace defective or damaged parts Inspect and maintain appliances Provide customer education and support Maintain accurate records of work performed Stay up-to-date on appliance technology and trends Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in appliance repair Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to read and interpret appliance manuals Physical Demands: The ability to lift and move appliances weighing up to 50 pounds The ability to work in a variety of environments, including homes, businesses, and repair shops The ability to work on ladders and other elevated surfaces Powered by JazzHR
