We are seeking a dynamic and personable individual to join our team as the Director of First Impressions. This role is essential to ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors has a positive and memorable experience. The Director of First Impressions will be the face of our company, responsible for providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all visitors and callers. This role involves managing the front desk, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring that the office runs smoothly. This is a full-time, in-office position located in Mesa, AZ. Typical office hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 5:30 pm with some nights and weekends for events. Responsibilities:• Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner• Manage the reception area, keeping it clean and organized• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings• Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and office supply management• Provide general information about the company to clients and visitors• Support other departments as needed with administrative tasks and projects Qualifications:• Strong desire to create a welcoming community and serve as a company ambassador at all times.• Be friendly, attentive, and willing to engage with anyone.• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to handle customer concerns both in person and over the phone.• Knowledge of the company’s services, partners, and internal departments.• Prior office or customer service experience is beneficial.
