Based on our internal equity review process, the starting salary for this position will be $17.75 The current full hourly range for this position is $17.75-$21.08 Be part of an amazing team planning and implementing daily playground activities for ages 6-12. Playground Site Leads will be assigned a location to oversee and manage the daily operations of activities and events. This position will help guide and support other playground staff in the delivery of passive, active and high energy activities that are both engaging and fun! Daily activities can include but are not limited to activities such as arts & crafts, theatre arts, games and skits, quick-burst activities, sports, organized group games, table games, and a few playground challenges and group competitions to top it off. This position will also be responsible to onsite safety and reporting. Work where you play! Position Information Implement, lead and/or oversee programming and activities in an assigned program area.In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to: Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations. Observe applicable safety requirements, use safety equipment provided, implement appropriate safety practices at all times and report immediately any unsafe working conditions or hazards.
