Job Description : Manufactures sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs in order to meet marketplace demand : Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature : Follows established procedures for operating various conventional and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping to fabricate, form or shape manufactured parts, tools or parts assemblies from raw materials : Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing : Resolves issues related to the organizations production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations : Responsibilities are within Manufacturing/Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines Position Summary: 23 + .80 Shift Differential stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Responsible to produce barrier and non: barrier tubing at optimum output and yield meeting or exceeding departmental goals and internal and external customers' expectations. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitesEssential Duties and Responsibilities: :Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in addition to line operator's responsibilities. :Communicating effectively to the team when there are changes to production orders and quality concerns.:Perform quality inspections.:Ensure formulations are being produced and labeled properly. :Operate ICT and RDI units at the appropriate MA settings. :Troubleshooting the line, taking appropriate correctives actions while analyzing the line and correcting line issues as the occur. :Maintain quality control ensuring the operation for various quality defects.:Ability to perform all SQF activities.:Reacting to alarms and signals with a sense of urgency.:Ensure safety of department personnel.stylemargin:bottom:11.0px::Work alongside other departments to ensure accuracy and product deliverance:Assist with any needed maintenance repairs and report non: function equipment.
