Job Description Embark on a rewarding journey as a Maintenance Technician in a fast:paced environment. Your role will encompass the safe execution of maintenance duties, facility upkeep, and taking a proactive role in ensuring the plants safety standards are met.Starting salary based on experience. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:Maintain and troubleshoot injection molding and assembly equipment, interact with vendor technical support.:Maintain facility systems and equipment.:Recommend improvements to current processes, machinery and technology.:Troubleshoot PC and PLC and load programs as needed.:Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.:Advocate for proactive safety and participate in training programs.:Participate in plant:wide safety efforts.:Provide plant:wide support.:Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. Qualifications Education: High school diploma required. Two: year technical degree or equivalent experience in maintenance. Experience: Injection molding experience preferred, strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aptitude required. proficient PC and PLC troubleshooting and repair skills, use measuring and levelling tools for fine adjustments. Specific Skills: Mechanical and electrical competencies, PLC, complete projects and assignments independently or in team environment, and ability to safety use hand tools and small power tools. Equipment and Machinery: May operate moving platforms. Operate machines in service mode. Computer Experience and Software: Proficient computer skills, ability to learn CMM software. Microsoft suite.
