Heres how youll ignite your career with us: : Gain a deep understanding of our Learning Experience Platform (LXP) (MindSpark), Learning Management System (LMS) (SuccessFactors), and third:party content platforms. : Assist in the administration and support of the LXP and LMS, including content organization, and troubleshooting and updating FAQ documents. : Assist with Security Review, Data Privacy and AI Processes with GIT and Legal : Collaborate with the tech team to enhance platform features and improve user experience. : Work with the content team to ensure seamless integration of third:party content into our platforms. : Help document platform processes and contribute to the creation of training materials for end:users. : Participate in testing new features and provide feedback for improvements. : Participate in the development and testing of new software applications. : Engage in research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in learning technology. : Assist in collecting and analyzing usage data from the LXP, LMS, and third:party platforms to identify trends, usage patterns, and areas for improvement. : Generate reports and visualizations that help stakeholders understand the impact and effectiveness of the learning platforms.
