Responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing compliance strategies, and maintaining various forms of evidence to support ongoing compliance efforts, internal compliance reviews, as well as regional and federal audits. Expertise in NERC CIP requirements, strong technical knowledge and experience in Operational Technology (OT) and power generation environments, as well as the ability to analyze complex technical and operational systems will be crucial in this role. What Youll Do:Participate as a NERC CIP, O and P and WECC compliance standards liaison between SRP's Power Generation responsible entities and its internal Electric Reliability Compliance department.:Develop, implement, monitor, manage and continuously improve SRP's North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) and WECC compliance program for the Power Generation fleet.:Execute specific tasks, prepare or review evidence showing compliance with NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Reliability Standards, NERC Operations and Planning (O and P) and WECC Reliability standards.:Coordinate compliance activities, and provide guidance to various Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) regarding implications of their activities on compliance.:Implement systematic continuous improvements of compliance policies, processes, procedures, training materials, and inventories.:Investigate, develop, implement and maintain automations and technologies that continuously improve the efficiency and accuracy of compliance evidence and processes.:Maintain knowledge of current and future regulatory requirements and assess their impact to the existing compliance program and determine integration timing and tasks.:Assist in the development and maintenance of relevant training materials for the compliance program and provide training and direction to various technical and non:technical personnel.:Establish and maintain effective relationships with local industry, regional entities and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain and develop trust with regulatory bodies and officials.:Participate in NE
