New York City United States Full:time The Sr. Business Partner, Logistics and Inventory, NCSA will support the COO by coordinating and consolidating Logistics and Inventory performance, costs and KPIs for the all NCSA markets. You will be responsible for developing and delivering timely exceptional business focused information and supporting the formulation of the overall long term strategy for NCSA warehousing and Inventory levels What you can expect:Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following: :Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of NCSA warehouses in USA, Canada, Brazil and Mexico:Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of NCSA inventory levels including relevant KPIs such as Net Sales, Stock Cover/Turns:Preparing and presenting the Logistics Strategy for all DCs in the Region including own/operated, 3PL, Retail:Create and sustain a trusted partnership with Internal and Group management Wholesale and E:Com operations:Provide inventory cost support for all operational and administrative management partners and liaise between Logistics and finance/accounting leadership:Partner with supply chain and inventory planning teams to ensure product delivery is aligned with the budget forecast and make adjustments to forecast accordingly.:Conduct and present variance analysis, and identification of gaps, trends, and opportunities within the department.:Lead and manage all inventory value control processes within the Logistics department:Analyzing and reporting on all Freight (inbound and domestic) related costs:Support for investment appraisals for warehouses Your profile: :Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting:5 + years of experience in similar Logistics/Inventory management:Must be well organized and able to influence colleagues to meet deadlines:Highly numerate, analytical and strategic:Have a high degree of financial modelling, planning and forecasting techniques:Ability to work collaboratively across functions and all levels:Multi:site Fashion / Apparel Retail experience a plus:Online / Multi:Channel experience a plus:SAP experience a plus Your benefits:HUGO BOSS offers a comprehensive benefits package which includes: :Hybrid Working Model:Flexible Commuting:Flexible Fridays and Summer Fridays:Paid Parental Leave for FT employees:21 paid days off (pro:rated based on first year of employment) plus your Birthday off:Generous Employee Discount Program:Paid Parental Leave for FT employees:Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits with Health Saving Account (HSA) option:SHIP (Share Investment Program):Offers eligible employees the opportunity to become a co:owner and acquire shares in HUGO BOSS AG at special SHIP conditions.:401(K) with company match:Flex Spending Account (FSA):Commuter Benefits (Pre:tax):Voluntary Benefits and Critical Illness:Company sponsored Life and Disability benefits:Employee Assistance Program (EAP):Discounts for auto/home/pet insurance The expected base salary range for this position is from 80,000 : 90,000.
