We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an E-commerce Manager. Job Description: The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of our partnership with Lowe's Home Improvement on their online platform. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize product listings, drive sales growth, and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update product listings on Lowe's e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product information, pricing, and imagery. Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales growth. Collaborate with Lowe's brand advocate to address Lowe’s initiatives, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Conduct regular audits of product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure compliance with Lowe's policies and guidelines. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in e-commerce to drive continuous improvement and innovation. Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform decision-making and strategy development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a vendor or merchant capacity on a major online marketplace. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools, including but not limited to, Lowe's Vendor Portal, Microsoft Excel, Knowledge of home improvement products and industry trends is a plus.
