For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: levyrestaurants/who:we:are/ Job Summary Summary: Prepares food and serves customers at the grill station in accordance with current applicable federal, state and corporate standards, guidelines and regulations to ensure high:quality food service is provided. Main Areas of Responsibilities :Preparation and cooking of all menu items effectively, consistently, and in accordance with the fire times and delivery times given for each game.:Strong attention to creating and maintaining a safe and sanitary working environment.:Ensures all food is cooked and held at the proper temperatures.:Strict following of par guides given for each game to ensure that waste is minimized. Not firing too little or too much food.:Communicates effectively with the entire team of each building. Including bussers, food line, supervisors, and chef. Communication is key to insure that there isn't any lapse in the delivery of food and that the food line is always stocked. This also aids in the minimization of waste.:Cleaning and maintenance of all equipment. This includes daily breakdown of grills, washing dishes, storing and rotation of food in accordance to health codes and FIFO (first in, first out).
