Job Summary Wolfgang Puck Catering is seeking a General Manager to oversee the day:to:day operations of a Dining account. Reporting directly to the Vice President, this role requires exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, strong team leadership, client relations, and a commitment to ensuring superior food quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities: :Manage all aspects of P and L and budgeting for the account.:Oversee the daily operations of the account.:Handle HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, and terminations.:Manage scheduling, payroll, and team training.:Cultivate strong relationships with customers, guests, the Client, and other departments.:Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and deliver top:quality food.:Implement new culinary programs in coordination with the Companys marketing and culinary teams. Preferred Qualifications: :BS in Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.:Five years of experience in foodservice operations.:Essential experience in high:volume production and catering.:Previous experience in budget management.:Eagerness to learn and advance within a leading foodservice company.
