Residential QDP Marshall/Starke County $22.47 hourly Provide continual support and training in all settings to individuals with disabilities to nurture and build relationships with others and to allow individuals with disabilities to realize their full potential of independence in daily living skills. Assume overall responsibility to assure that each person's plan in integrated, coordinated and monitored per state and federal regulations, with the intent of achieving the mission. Implement service outcome measures, develop and monitor budget and refer individuals who express interest in available services. Supervise, Interview, hire, evaluate, discipline and/or discharge employees per the handbook.Mon-Fri 7:30a-4:30p Flex, some weekends/evenings. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education, special education, business, or related field and one-year related experience required.
